“You have about 6,000 miles of neurons in your physical body. These neurons code and categorize all of your experiences. All of the emotional experiences you have related to Love are hardwired into who you are and become the ground of expectation for your relationships today and in the future.
By the time you become an adult, you have a collection of experiences and behaviors which you think define a Loving relationship. There will be certain parameters, requirements or criteria you will seek in a Loving relationship. Although, it is not a wholly bad idea to have a few, clear expectations of what a Loving relationship should look like, the problem is that you are destined to have expectations that are arbitrary and unclear.
